As a recruiment consultant for employment, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent. In addition, you will screen, select, evaluate and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates to match clients’ requirements. Provide appropriate and accurate professional advice to job seekers pertaining to their possible career progression and development.
